The countdown is anchored to a finish time, so it stays exact even if the tab is in the background. Press Test sound once so the browser lets audio play. Space starts and pauses, L takes a lap, R resets.
EMOM means every minute on the minute. You start a set of work at the top of each minute and rest for whatever is left before the next one begins.
This page opens at ten rounds of one minute with no separate rest phase, so you hear a single cue at the start of every minute. Change the round count to match your session.

Allow the microphone once and switch this on once, and it stays on as you move around the whole site, in this tab or a new one. It switches itself off after an hour of not being used. The button always shows whether it is listening, and tapping it stops it for good.
Set Work to 2m. The cue then lands every two minutes instead.
In an EMOM the rest is whatever time you have left inside the minute, so there is no separate rest phase to count.
