Twenty five minutes is one Pomodoro, the focus block that has become the default unit of deep work. Work without interruption until the alarm, then take a five minute break away from the screen.
After four of these, most people take a longer break of fifteen to thirty minutes. The dedicated Pomodoro page below runs the same cycle with the breaks built into the labels.
